Masse-Pecor
Jessica Pecor, daughter of Cedric and Joan Pecor of Milton, and Roger Masse, son of Rita and Bob Hance of Milton and Ronald Masse, Sr. of Wolcott, Vt. were united in marriage September 26.
Father John Feltz officiated at the double-ring ceremony at St. Ann’s Church in Milton.
Dr. Cedric Pecor, brother of the bride, was man of honor.
Donald Masse and Ronald Masse, brothers of the groom, were best men.
Readings were done by Lynne Mayo, Sharon Resseguie, and Margaret Resseguie.
A reception followed at the Eagles Club in Milton.
The couple will be taking a honeymoon at a later date.
Mrs. Masse, a graduate of Milton High School and the University of Vermont, is an assistant teacher at Fairview Elementary School in Dover, DE. Her husband, a graduate of Milton High School and the University of Vermont, will be receiving his Master’s Degree from Delaware State University this December. Roger will be starting a Graduate Research Assistantship this January at the University of Rhode Island where he will be earning his PhD while studying the effects of forest management on avian wildlife in southern New England.
The couple will be moving to Kingston, R.I. in December. |

Hillegas-Bell
Audrey Elizabeth Bell, daughter of Stephen and Pamela Bell of Milton, and Jacob Michael Hillegas, son of Timothy and Lois Hillegas of Canadensis, PA were united in marriage on September 5, 2009.
Rev. Thomas Friedrichs officiated at the double-ring ceremony at North Avenue Alliance Church in Burlington, VT.
Hillary Bell, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Branch, Elyse Frey, Amber Lind, and Elaine Mihelc. Flower girl was Annalyse Lewis, cousin of the bride.
Adam Aljets was best man. Groomsmen were Stuart Bell, brother of the bride, Phillip Beck, Joseph Riddell, and Aaron Ziegler. Timothy Lewis, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.
The reception was held at the Doubletree Hotel in S. Burlington, VT after which the couple honeymooned in Kauai, Hawaii.
Mrs. Hillegas attended Milton High School and graduated from Grove City College, PA with a BA in Music Education. She is a teacher at North Avenue Christian School in Burlington and is a self-employed music teacher. Her husband was homeschooled and graduated from Grove City College, PA with a BA in Accounting. He is an accountant with Gallagher, Flynn, and Company LLP in Burlington.
The couple resides in Essex Junction. |

Stuart-Brigham
Rena Stuart and the late Mel Stuart of Bennington are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Tiffany Stuart to Willis Brigham. Willis is the son of Kathryn Mannhalter of South Burlington and Bill Brigham of Milton.
Tiffany is a 1995 graduate of Mount Anthony Union High School. In 1999, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College, and in 2001 she earned her Master of Science degree from Marywood University. Tiffany is currently employed as a Speech-Language Pathologist at the Milton Elementary School in Milton, Vermont.
Willis is a 1996 graduate of Milton High School. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps and is currently employed as a Supervisor for the Vermont Tent Company in South Burlington.
The happy couple will wed on July 17, 2010 at Sugarbush Resort in Warren, Vermont. |

Allen and Donna Maguire of Milton are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Lindsay, to Peter Falby, son of Jim and Irene Falby of South Hero. Lindsay is employed at the Essex Middle School and Peter is employed by the Center for Technology, Essex.
