Ronald and Joyceann Roberts of Wallingford and Christina and David Lesperance of Milton announce the engagement of their children Jill Roberts to Aaron Ryan L’Esperance. Jill is a 2004 graduate from Mill River Union HS and a 2008 graduate of Castleton State College with a degree in elementary education. Aaron is a 2002 graduate of Milton High School and a 2006 graduate of Castleton State College. He is employed at Rutland Regional Hospital as a registered nurse.

Sherman and Robin Crowe of Mineville, NY and Christina and David Lesperance of Milton announce the engagement of their children Annie Frances Jacobs to Brendon Joseph L’Esperance.

Annie is a 2003 graduate of Moriah Central School, Port Henry, NY and is currently attending Plattsburgh State University as a social work major, graduating in spring of 2009. Brendon is a 2002 graduate of Milton High School and a 2006 graduate of Castleton State College. He is employed at Helen Porter Healthcare and Rehabiltation Center in Middlebury Vt. as a registered nurse.

Joseph James Alexander was born to Roy and Bridget (Mc- Ginn) Alexander on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007.

Ethan Michael Garrison was born to Victoria (Martin) and Alexander Garrison on Monday, April 14.

Kyle Brault has joined the Colchester Cannons Baseball Warehouse and is teaching the fundamentals of baseball to kids of all ages.

EDUCATION

Thomas Cheney participated in the Washington Semester Abroad at American University. Cheney, a UVM student, took part in the American Politics program.

Anna Vanyush, a sophomore education and psychology double major, was inducted into Psi Chi, the National Psychology Honor Society at Saint Michael’sCollege.

Cody Danforth, a junior at Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, NH, was named to the Honor Roll for the second trimester. Cody Tougas is one of 11 members of the Saint Michael’s College Akoma Drummers Ensemble who will be joined by Gahnaian master dancer/drummer Awal Alhassan and Afro- Caribbean master drummer dancer Johnny Scovel for a twoweek residency, April 11 - 24.

Dominique Gadbois and Carrie LeBeau were named to the honor roll for Christ the King School in Burlington. Le- Beau also received the Student of Honor/Special Citizenship Award.
